I've only recently discovered these although they've been out for a while, but this is a huge help for those wanting to engage in interfaith dialogue in a meaningful way.

I believe Mahmoud Ayoub is working on translating and compiling tafsir from many classical and even some modern interpreters for the entire Qur'an al-Kareem, and so far has finished the 1st 2 Surahs in Vol 1 and the 3rd Surah in Vol 2. It's a great resource for understanding the range of Islamic interpretation and for those not versed in Arabic, it's in English. Nice.

The Qur'an and Its Interpreters Vol. 1 http://www.amazon.com/Quran-Its-Interpreters-Mahmoud-Ayoub/dp/087395727X/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1235641929&sr=8-2
The Qur'an and Its Interpreters Vol. 2 http://www.amazon.com/Quran-Its-Interpreters-House-Imran/dp/0791409945/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1235641929&sr=8-1
