the Holy Spirit in Quran

I have been reading recently about the holy spirit in Quran, I will mention the thing I come up with , I hope you comment if you know something else
In Quran Allah mentioned Ruh AL- Qudus that Allah strengrened Isa with it, And mentioned that He sent his Ruh (spirit) to Mary
Islamic scholars said that it was Angel Gabriel, some said it is a creature Allah created and possessed, like Naqato Allah,
or as Allah said that Jesus is a word and a Spirit goes out from Allah, if so, then word or spirit goes out of Allah that means it is a characteristic of Allah, that means that Jesus is more than a creature, and does that disagrees with the verse that Jesus in the servant and prophet of Allah
