Spirituality is a significant part of many people’s lives, and it can become even more important as we grow older. Studies have consistently found that belief in God and in particular, the regular exercise of faith through prayer, worship and Bible study come with a host of health benefits.
Faith Dialogue coordinates a spiritual connection to the churches in the Celebration area, serves as a Chaplain to the residents of Windsor at Celebration, offers a monthly communion celebration, a weekly Bible Study and the Sunday worship service.
Our Key Verse is found in John 17:23 "So that the World may know!"
Ken Behr, Pastor and Chaplain of Faith Dialogue,
Ken & his wife Carol have been married for over 30 years and have two children and three grandchildren. He has a Master's (Th.M) and Doctoral (Th.D) degree in Pastoral Ministry from Andersonville Theological Seminary and is ordained by the Evangelical Church Alliance.
He has served as a Pastor and Executive Director for over fifteen years after a successful career at Ford Motor Company.
Prior to coming to Faith Dialogue in Celebration Florida, Ken was an Executive Pastor and Senior Director of Ministry Operations at Christ Fellowship Church and lived in Palm Beach Gardens, FL for seven years.
Prior to Christ Fellowship, Ken was the Campus Pastor at Life.Church in Hendersonville TN. It's this involvement with Life.Church that sparked the opportunity to partner with Life.Church and joining over 900 churches as a network church, utilizing their video and other resources for Church services at Windsor at Celebration. A gifted communicator and teacher, Ken prefers to spend more time one-on-one with the people of Windsor at Celebration and serves as both the Pastor of the church as well as Chaplain to all the residents, regardless of their faith tradition and practices.
"As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.." 1 Peter 4:10
